1. INSTANT DOWNLOAD

3. PRINT

4. CUT & ASSEMBLE
Cut out your Christmas Gift Bag Toppers, fold along the dashed line over a 6.5 inch treat/favor bag filled with Christmas candies or treats. Staple closed on either side near the bottom of the topper.
