This Prescription Chill Pill Labels template makes a funny gag gift for your friends, family, co-workers, party guests or anyone who needs to reduce stress & chill out!

All text on these pretend Rx Prescription labels is editable using Adobe Reader. You personalize each label with your own Pharmacy or Doctor Name, Patient Name, Prescribed By, RX# and Date. Just open the template in Adobe Reader and type over my sample text.

Each of the 8 labels on the page already has the SAME Emergency Chill Pill name and directions typed in, but you can edit each one to say something different if you want to fully customize it for each recipient (or just leave them as is).

Choose your favorite color – red, blue, aqua, lilac, coral or blush – then download, edit & print the template as often as you like.

Each label fits nicely on a 13 dram plastic pharmacy vial (approx 1.22 inch in diameter) like these, but also look great on larger vials (up to 40 dram).

How it Works
