Your Elf on the Shelf can easily report on the kids behavior using these printable report cards. Each one is stamped as a Certified Official Elf Document & can be personalized with your Elf’s name, child’s name and date. Perfect for weekly reporting this Christmas!

The editable text feature also lets you type in 5 behaviors that you want to see from your kids (or you can just leave my sample ones). Digitally select either Yes or No for each one too, then type up a little note to your child to let them know if they are currently on Santa’s Naughty or Nice List!

How it Works

1. INSTANT DOWNLOAD

2. PERSONALIZE AT HOME
Open the template in the FREE Adobe Reader on your laptop or computer and simply start typing over my sample text. This template will ONLY work in Adobe Reader not in any other program (or on your mobile device). Note some text is not editable on this template – refer to 2nd image to see the editable text fields.

3. CHOOSE YOUR PAPER
Both templates print on US Letter (8.5 x 11) or A4 size paper as follows:
For the Elf Report Cards – I recommend regular white computer paper OR thicker cardstock for a more professional look!
For the Envelope – I recommend regular white computer paper.

4. PRINT & CUT
Print as many times as you like on your home color printer (or at your local copy shop) on 8.5 x 11 inch (or A4 sized) bright white Cardstock. See all my printing tips here. Cut out after printing.

5. ASSEMBLE ENVELOPE
Print & cut around outline. Turn over and firmly crease then fold in the flaps. Place glue on the side flaps, then fold the bottom flap in on top of them and let dry. Fold the Elf Report Card in thirds and insert into the envelope. Firmly crease then fold down top flap and secure with tape or an adhesive dot sticker.
